Meet the Mondays

Laurabree and Keith Monday are a husband-and-wife media duo in the Charlotte region known for their Emmy Award-winning work in weather broadcasting and local journalism. They met early in their television careers while working at stations in Texas, married in 2004, and later settled in York County, South Carolina with their two children.

Keith is a longtime meteorologist with WSOC-TV in Charlotte, while Laurabree spent many years as a news director and anchor at CN2 in Rock Hill before moving into communications leadership roles in the community.

In addition to greeting viewers on TV each day, Laurabree and Keith routinely visit groups at schools, libraries, and community events to teach kids about how weather works and calm their fears of storms.
